- Know your username, password, and your email address
- Know what brand and model of the computer you have
(IBM Compatible, MAC, etc...)
- Know what browser you are using
(IE, Netscape ... etc...)
- Know what Operating System you are using
(Windows, MAC, Linux...etc...)
- Know what email software program you are using
(Outlook Express, Outlook, Entourage...etc...)
- Know what brand and model modem that you are using
- Write down any error messages that appear
- If possible, be at your computer with it on and running when you call tecnical support
